What is AjéMart?

AjéMart is a marketplace dedicated to improving inter-state trade. We work with both buyers and sellers to help them source local produce and goods for both retail and wholesale use.

Where are my goods sourced?

AjéMart has launched with sellers in Osun, and we plan to expand across Nigeria in the near future.

 Should I pay before I receive my goods?

No. You should never pay for goods that have not been inspected.

What does processed by AjéMart mean?

We offer packaging, logistics and quality control services to streamline the process of ordering. When you order with AjéMart we handle everything from contacting the seller to getting your products directly to you.

Is AjéMart safe?

Safety is our number one priority, but like any marketplace there are some things you should know when reaching out to a seller.  We’ve written a number of safety tips to guide you in making your purchase

How can I register as a Seller?

If you are a trader, artisan, producer or grow fresh farm produce, we’d love to hear from you! We have a set of guidelines for all our Sellers which focus on sustainability, environmental practices, production methods, and of course, quality. Visit http://www.ajemart.com/sell/ and fill the Vendor Registration Form.

When will I receive my order?

If you order is being processed with AjéMart, you should receive your order within 5 – 7 business days. If not, your seller should be able to provide you with information on when your order will be delivered.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Defective orders should be reported with evidence attached (pictures and videos) to [email protected]éMart.com
